I think the ants won the popular vote. The dandelion was dead Star of Bethlehem stalks. I always think of your mother twisting the ones out the front of your place with barbed wire to deter would-be beheaders! (Hope I’ve got the memory right?)
That was the agapanthus. I also remember the glee we experienced when someone’s keys were discovered among the agapanthus. Served them right as they must have been up to no good. People used to dig out whole clumps. They could have asked.
What a delight, but a temporary exhibition? Pity it isn’t there all the time. My favourite is the dandelion, I’ve seen similar but never with such fine detail!
Temporary, yes. Maybe annual? Allows sculptors a place to showcase their work. I didn’t photograph the smaller pieces inside: a wonderful woven basket you’d have loved and some exquisite handmade paper turned into candle-holders.
I recognise this place! A sculpture exhibition (can’t fool me). How delightful. And so many rounds I thought you’d put this up for the WP photo challenge.
Lovely place and I instantly recognised where we had our lunch and the little fairy wren hopping from table to table. Also the point where my camera died.
Yes, the dandelion, but especially its copper leaves. Lovely. I also rather like the ants.
