That red haired mermaid looks rather like my daughter. Don’t tell her! 🙂 🙂

I won’t! This visit to the tourist info centre was purposeless, just en route back to the car from the dentist. But I found mermaids, and wonderful 3D postcards of spiders and snakes looming at you in a most realistic way. I think out of consideration for PO employees in two countries I’ll have to envelope them to send. Beautification and lunch with a friend today – after morning coffee in bed against the chill with blogging friends. I loved Susan’s “Walking small”.

She is a real talent. She’s just published her second book and I like her style. 🙂 🙂 The bluebells were the most vivid blue, even if it was chilly.

Meg, have you been to to the Montreal Goldfield? It’s very worthwhile visiting. 7 k north of Bermasui, next to Tourist Park with same name. Fab volunteers run it, and in October each year they provide a great morning tea, knowledgeable tour guides, and the Montreal Choir used to sing goldfields songs. They may still open for Saturday tours, hours unknown to me. http://www.montrealgoldfield.org.au/wp/ has more info, daily tours at 2pm @$7.00 etc. Prue

Haven’t been, but it’s called to me each time I drive past. I’m becoming a bit of a fan of guided tours. Slowly realising I don’t know everything! Am I growing up?

It is isn’t it? I don’t yet have an urge to return to Warsaw. A weekly Skype gets me by.

I may be over in your part of the world next February. Are you planning to be at home?

Now there’s a question! There is talk of a family gathering in Thailand in February, but decisions about that are in the hands of the Warsaw mob, which means we’ll know some time. If not Thailand, then they’ll probably come here, which means I’ll be out of circulation. But all this is in the realm of maybe and perhaps. If I’m available I’d love to host you and catch up, but if you like clear forward plans, I’m not your woman.

Nah, no definite plans needed, just putting out feelers. A Wedding in NZ some time in late Feb.

A sort of semi-structure for OK photos that don’t fit elsewhere. I’m glad you enjoy them: I think I owe the idea to Viveka.
